Tussen de appelbomen in Rossum, een dorpje tussen Maas en Waal, worden deze zomer de vogeltjes weer wakker gehouden door Nederlands meest relaxte en toegankelijke rockfestival… RosRoccckk!

RosRock is een non-profit festival. Ooit begonnen als een verjaardagsfeestje, en nu uitgegroeid tot een festival met twee podia, een gratis camping tussen de appelbomen, eigen keuken, een heerlijke afterparty en ultieme chillspots in het groen!
Wat hetzelfde is gebleven als 15 jaar geleden: De ongedwongen sfeer, het rauwe karakter en de vooroorlogse prijzen.
Bands als Volbeat, Skindred, The Bronx, Peter Pan Speedrock, The Aggrolites, The Deaf, The Sore Losers, The Legendary Shack Shakers, The Datsuns en John Coffey stonden eerder op RosRock.
Veel internationaals, maar ook regionale bands krijgen kans om podiumervaring op te doen.
Er is stevige rockmuziek, maar ook een tuin waarin je rustig kunt hangen en schuilen tussen de appelbomen.
Zowel het festivalterrein als de camping zijn overdekt door de hoogstam-appelbomen, die niet alleen prachtig maar ook productief zijn.
Zo worden de vruchten voor onze overheerlijke grootmoeders taart gebruikt.
En zelfs tot sap én cider verwerkt.
Het grootste gemak is nog wel: dankzij het non-profit karakter hoef je niet op je portemonnee te letten. Een biertje kost ‘gewoon’ nog 2,50 euro, en een goede hap hetzelfde. Een zaterdagticket kost je €30 inclusief camping! De voorverkoop van RosRock 2023 gaat van start op 1 mei!

RosRock is a non-profit festival. Once started as a birthday party, and has now grown into a festival with two stages, a free campsite between the apple trees, our own kitchen and ultimate chill spots in the green!

What has remained the same as 20 years ago: The casual atmosphere, the raw character and the pre-war prices.
Many international, but also regional and even local bands get the chance to gain stage experience.
There is solid rock music, but also a garden where you can hang out and take shelter between the apple trees.
Both the festival site and the campsite are covered by the high-stemmed apple trees, which are not only beautiful but also productive.
For example, the fruits are used for our delicious grandmother’s pie, and even processed into juice and cider.
For vegetarians or vegans: Green smoothies, apple cake and stewed pear ice cream.
The greatest convenience is still: thanks to the non-profit character, you do not have to watch your wallet. A beer costs ‘just’ another 2.50 euros, and a good bite the same. A Saturday ticket will cost you €30 including camping! The presale of RosRock 2023 will start on May 1!
